We specialize in vacation rentals. We manage 2 premier vacation rental properites- the Rapid River Lodge and Republic Island. We are developing our business into assisting property owners rent their properties through providing care-taking services throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are also open to purchasing addtional properties in the Upper Peninsula through
owner-financing.

We also currently manage 2 college rentals which service Vermillion Community College in Ely, Minnesota, as well as Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan.
