In addition to owning two premier vacation rental properites, Rapid River Lodge and Republic Island, we also assist other property owners in the renting of their vacation cottages. We began our journey by purchasing 2 premier vacation rental properties - Rapid River Lodge (the Old Dutch Mill) and Republic Island. We love the vacation rental business so much that we now assist other owners to take care of their cabins and cottages throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are open to adding cabins, so please don’t hesitate to ask. We are looking at expanding into the Lower Peninsula of Michigan in the future.
